How can I contact Natural Answers?

You may submit a ticket through our Contact Us section of the website where a member of staff will be more than willing to promptly respond to your query.

How do I make a purchase online?

You can find products either by category or by searching if you have an idea what you are looking for. Add the items you wish to purchase to your basket, and then proceed to the checkout. If you are a new customer you will be asked to register before making a purchase. If you are an existing customer you can choose to log in with your account details.

Our checkout is 100% secure and managed by Sage Pay.

Who cannot use your products?

The following statements apply to the majority of products - please refer to the individual containers for more information. The majority of our products are not recommended for persons under the age of 18. Individuals with a known medical condition should consult a doctor prior to use. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating mothers. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

When will I start to notice the effects of my products?

Depending on the product, results for most supplements and weight-loss products vary from person to person and from product to product. We suggest reading customer reviews on different product pages to get an idea of what kind of results others are achieving.

What payment methods do you accept?              

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.

Do I need to register to buy products?

Yes, in order for you to place an order on our website you are required to create an account. Once you have successfully created an account you will be able to place an order on the Natural Answers website.

I have forgotten my password? 

Please go to the Sign In page where you will see the Forgot Password button. Click the Forgot Password button and you will be asked to enter your email address. Once you have submitted this you will be sent a link to create a new password.

I want to change/cancel my order?

Since orders are despatched promptly, we are unable to change/cancel orders after you have received your order confirmation email. You may still cancel your order under our Returns & Refunds policy within 28 days.

My parcel has not arrived yet?

Please contact us in the unlikely event of a parcel not being delivered.

Can I return my item/s?

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, any unopened items can be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or damaged. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 28 days unless they are faulty. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please include your delivery note to help speed up the returns process.

If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Customers are required to pay only the price of the postage to return goods. There are no restocking or administration fees. This does not affect your statutory rights.
